This house is on Capital Hill in an awesome neighborhood off 19th. I made the owner a room by room to-do list and then worked with her to get it done. We picked colors, painted rooms, hung new drapes and cleaned out the clutter. The homeowner was a bit overwhelmed by the idea of getting her house ready and my list, guidance and hand-holding (some with wine drinking) really simplified the process.
